Spreadsheets, formulas, graphs and charts – all the modern tools for most managers. This three-hour program takes participants through all the basics, plus many short-cuts and simple tricks.
Introduction to Word
Explore all the Microsoft Office Menus and Toolbars, learn about file mangement and create spectacular brochures using Word. Copy and paste from one document to another or link your work to save time.

Introduction to PowerPoint
Learn how to create presentations, use different fonts, change the way the slides open and close and insert animations. If you need to enhance your presentation skills, this course could be for you.

Introduction to Outlook :
Manage your diary, invite people to meetings and appointments, maintain accurate contact lists, get control of your Emails though folders, anti-junk mail techniques. This is a must if you are a real beginner to Outlook. This course will practise skills using the internet in the Computer Training Centre
